Getting Ready To Get Pregnant

While we are TTC, I wanted to educate myself on being as healthy as possible before, during, and after pregnancy. I am currently vegetarian (3 years and counting), and would like to continue to be meat-free throughout my pregnancy. However, I want to be sure that whatever I do is the healthiest possible for baby. I read a lot on other baby blogs about the book Getting Ready To Get Pregnant, and it is actually the BEST preconception book out there (I've scanned/read ALOT). I highly recommend anyone even thinking about conceiving to read this ASAP. Topics covered include: 10 Toxic Foods to Avoid, 10 Super Foods to Eat More, Way's to De-Stress For Baby, ect.
